• Preliminary statistical worship history, evaluation of your advertising and promotion, a geographic analysis, a building analysis, a musical instrument analysis, a music groups analysis, a musical personnel resource analysis, a sound system and video system (where applicable) analysis, a worship budget analysis.
• On-site visit by Church Doctor consultant, Rev. Mike Zehnder.
• Thorough analysis of your worship and music via personal interviews with members and staff. Additional analysis of your worship and music via observation of worship, music and preaching during the on site visit and through additional video footage you provide as requested of worship or rehearsals.
• Determination of your worship & music goals through written tools and personal interviews.
• Written analysis of the congregation's worship & music: what you are doing well, and what can be done better. This report also contains all the statistical information about your worship attendance and musician involvement, showing trends. The thorough report includes worship & music staffing information as well as volunteer analysis, facilities and instrumental analysis, and potential resources. The report is goal-specific and guides you in getting from where you are currently to where you want to be. Where appropriate, staffing recommendations are made. The consultation is conducted in such a way that no one need fear embarrassment. We play to your strengths and guide you sensitively to your future.
• Oral Report: The consultant will return to your church, after the leadership has received the written report, to give a public presentation of the findings and recommendations. This can serve to insulate the leadership from any negative reaction, and cast the vision for excellence in worship & music throughout the congregation. The consultant will answer any questions and respond to any comments from the members. 
• Action Plans: Based on the recommendations of the consultant, the congregation develops plans of action with goals that are specific, achievable, measurable (SAM) and time-based. We will help hold you accountable to accomplish this and will facilitate a process for your church to produce action plans for each specific recommendation. The consultant will evaluate these plans and help you make them strong directives for action.
